The audience award for Rotterdam went to HULA GIRLS, while the Amsterdam audience chose TEKKON KINKREET as their favorite.

The Amsterdam edition of CAMERA JAPAN moved to our new location Kriterion this year. The crowd was treated to première screenings of select Japanese films and full-house parties during the whole weekend.

Our much anticipated main event of CAMERA JAPAN 2007 unveiled itself at Lantaren/Venster.
The hugely successful 3 day event enjoyed sold-out film screenings, the performances by TUJIKO Noriko and AOKI Takamasa, a lecture on Japanese body-suit tattoos, unforgettable parties featuring DJ PINKMAN & Dr. Ska, tasty macrobiotic food by ONICHI Kyoko, a live painting battle and much much more.
CAMERA JAPAN 2007 - KICK-OFF PARTY @ WORM/ROTTERDAM

The kick-off party at WORM started off with the screening of CRAZY LOVE at a sold-out venue. Afterwards DJ PINKMAN, who had just flown into Schiphol Airport from Tokyo few hours earlier, treated the cheerful crowd with his minimal click-house sounds.
