Na het grootste deel van de afgelopen 25 jaar in Japan gewoond te hebben, kon Dick van Yoigokochi Productions weinig plezier meer beleven aan de beperkte variatie en kwaliteit van sake, de Japanse rijstwijn, verkrijgbaar in Europa. Zijn bedrijf introduceert nu de verfijnde smaken en de aangename bedwelming (yoigokochi) opgewekt door de enige echte 'pure rijst sake'.?Leer meer over de geschiedenis van Japan's beroemdste drank, de verschillende productiewijzen en, bovenal, de grote verscheidenheid in smaak. Een door connaisseurs geselecteerd elftal junmaishu (pure sake, geen toevoegingen), inclusief gerijpte sake en - een primeur voor Europa - ongepasteuriseerde 'levende' sake, zal worden geserveerd, samen met enkele Japanse hapjes. Deze proeverij is een unieke kans om een wereld te ontdekken die minstens zo rijk is als die van Belgisch bier en Franse wijn.??
Having lived in Japan for most of the last twenty-five years, Dick of Yoigokochi Productions could not put up with the simple kind of sake, Japanese rice wine, available in Europe. The company now introduces the refined tastes and the high spirits (yoigokochi) provided by the true stuff, the 'pure rice sake'. Find out more about the history of Japan's most famous drink, the differences in production and, most of all, the wide variety in taste. A connoisseur-selected line-up of junmaishu (pure sake, no additives), including aged sake and - for the first time in Europe - unpasteurized 'live' sake, will be served together with several Japanese snacks. This workshop offers a unique opportunity to discover a world that is at least as rich as that of Belgian beer and French wine.

Heb je je ooit afgevraagd hoe het toch zit met al die moeilijke Japanse karakters? Heb je zojuist in een van films weer een boel onleesbare tekens gezien? Dit is je kans om in ieder geval je eigen naam in het Japans te leren kalligraferen! Japans is een van de moeilijkste talen ter wereld om te leren, omdat het Chinese schrift en uitspraken combineert met Japanse tekens en uitspraken. Namen worden meestal in Chinese karakters geschreven en afhankelijk van de uitspraak van je naam kun je nu de Chinese karakters leren die daarbij horen! Je kunt nu zowel de betekenis daarvan leren als de manier om die mooi te kalligraferen. We hebben onze eigen ‘sensei’ KAMEDA Kayoko om je dit te leren.
KAMEDA Kayoko is geboren in Japan. Ze woont nu in Nederland en onderwijst Japanse taal en kalligrafie. Ze verkoopt ook haar eigen kalligrafieën.

Do you want to learn to write some of the ‘kanji’ yourself or want to write your name in Japanese? This is your chance! The Japanese language is one of the most difficult languages to learn, because it combines Chinese characters and pronunciations with Japanese ones. Names are usually written in Chinese characters and according to the pronunciation of your name, this is a nice opportunity to receive your name in ‘kanji’ and to learn how to write it. We have our own ‘sensei’ KAMEDA Kayoko to teach you your ‘kanji’ and their meaning.

Francisco Portales Hurtado zal tijdens CAMERA JAPAN shiatsu verzorgen. Dit is een therapie die uitgaat van energiebanen (ki) door het lichaam. Druk met de duimen en handpalmen op het lichaam kan verstoringen in deze energiebanen corrigeren, een methode die door het Japanse ministerie van gezondheid wordt onderschreven. Portales Hurtado beoefende in Spanje martial arts en heeft aan het prestigieuze Escuela Japonesa de Shiatsu in Málaga een shiatsuopleiding gevolgd.
Franciso Portales Hurtado will be at CAMERA JAPAN for shiatsu. This form of therapy sees flows of energie (ki) through the body and by pushing with thumps or hand palms on certain body parts, blockades can be removed and a lot of physical problems solved. This method is acknowledged by the Japanese Ministry of Health. Portales Hurtado practised martial arts in Spain and studied shiatsu at the prestigious Escuela Japonesa de Shiatsu in Málaga.
