Tears of Ecstasy [Movie still]

Better known for his works in the experimental and gay film-making scenes, OKI Hiroyuki's only straight pink film is also one of the most formally radical titles in the canon, featuring exactly 60 shots of 60 seconds each. Created quite a stir in Japanese triple-X theaters where regulars complained of the uneroticness of the film, while film fans and critics loved it. With a soundtrack by John ZORN.
